The sacral chakra is the creative space for your energy and is reflected in all areas of your life. As the energy flows through your chakras, the sacral chakra, drives the force of passion by opening doorways to experiences which reflect this passion and build on it and show the world who you are.

You are a sensitive soul at times, and build a brighter light by following your purpose, your calling, your reason for getting up to watch the sunrise or explore the new adventures which are waiting for you.

When you are led by the energy of your sacral chakra, there is a sensual dance that comes to life within you. It allows the kundalini energy to begin to rise to your solar plexus, your powerhouse, and turn those wheels toward the fortune of success and abundance.

When you allow yourself to feel through your sacral chakra, you open your energy to not only feeling what is coming towards you from spirit and from other souls, but also to release that which no longer needs to be a part of your world.

In that releasing, you may feel that deeper shift, that need to cry or to feel as though you have been broken into a million pieces, but that release is needed and it is not to tell you that you are weak or broken, for you are really none of those at all.

You are healed in that release. 

You are healed the moment you let go. The moment you shed a tear, one, two, or many more, you let go long enough to see the real you and to know that even though you may have walked a difficult journey in this life, know that you survived, and you still have that passion intact.

Nothing can take that away. That is your gift from the universe because the universe wants you to be happy and share this happiness with others and to live from the full expression of your creative power.

Creativity is not just for those who are artists or writers or any number of activities, hobbies, and careers that connect deeply to that creative mode. Your sacral chakra is the creative force for many areas of your life, and allowing that energy to flow through strongly, brings an elevated level of your true expression.  Creativity is simply thinking and feeling beyond your physical form.

The sacral chakra allows you to connect an energetic lifeline to this power within you. When you are searching for a new perspective, a unique answer to a circumstance, or the inspiration for your next step in life, attune your energy to the sacral chakra, meditate within this space, and really listen to what is being said and what you are feeling.

Breathe in Positive Energy to Find Peace and Balance in Your Soul

Have you ever noticed how you breathe? Do you take shallow or deep breaths? Do you breathe from your chest or your abdomen? Your breathing is an automatic function of your nervous system. It is easy to take for granted this simple mechanism that brings your mind, body, and soul life energy. As you breathe air in and out of your body, you are also breathing in and moving energy within your soul in a rhythm with the universe.

When life becomes overwhelming and stressful, you may have inadvertently trained your body to breathe with the rhythm of these stressful responses leading to shallow breaths that fail to fill your soul with positive energy. You can learn how to relax and retrain your breathing patterns so that your soul connects to healing and rejuvenating energy.

Find times throughout the day to focus on how you are holding stress within your body, to feel the movement of the air in and out of your lungs, and to sense what emotions and mental blocks may be preventing you from fully accepting your soul and taking care of you. Increase your awareness and breathe in the energy that provides balance for your soul.

 

5 Steps to Breathe for Peace and Balance:

1. Make You a Priority

Choose a few minutes every day to make your health and energy a priority. During this precious time, make a note of how you feel physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. If there is anything missing in one of these areas, ask your soul what you need to heal. Your soul knows the answer, and it is unique to you.

2. Practice Breathing

Play healing music or sit outside in nature and reconnect to your soul. Practice breathing from your belly. Practice breathing as though you are taking in the abundant energy of the universe specifically designed for your soul. Over time, it will become easier to tap into this simple slow pace of life.

3. Notice the Quiet

As your soul learns to breathe again and take little pauses to just be present, notice that there are longer gaps of silence. Your soul brightens with each of these moments. You do not need to fill the quiet space, just be you, just sit and feel your soul. Your soul is free in the quiet. Your soul is finding peace.

4. Plan for Challenges

Know that the greatest power you have as a soul is to overcome challenges, and you overcome the hard times by bringing out your inner soul strength. This soul strength builds from the breaths of positive energy you allow for your soul. Breathe in to create the strength that paves the way for your soul.

5. You Are the Peace

Your soul is peace. Life is just a learning experience, a distraction to who you really are at the soul level. Underneath the deadlines, the expectations, and the daily grind of life, your soul is peace, and you can find this balance again by breathing in the energy that aligns with your soul. Your soul fills with brilliant light energy with every breath you take. Take deep breaths and thank the universe for the gift of you.

Belly Breathing for Your Soul

In the practice of belly breathing, start by slowly breathing in through your nose, and as you do this, place a hand on your belly and notice the air expand in the space of your belly pushing your abdomen out. If you are doing this correctly, you should notice the movement in your belly, not your chest. During the exhale, breathe out through your mouth slowly allowing your belly to relax and shrink to a normal size. You can also practice belly breathing by holding counts of 5 to 10 seconds after breathing air into your belly and then slowly releasing this air. Visualize the air you are breathing in and out by imagining beautiful healing energy coming into your body, and as you breathe out, imagine releasing stagnant energy or any fears or worries that no longer serve your soul.
